The ReBoot Revival has been nominated for a PopVox Award! The PopVox Awards are put on by New Media BC and will be awarded at this year’s VIDFEST, another pretty cool event that all the Vancouver digi-dorks (like me) will be attending. Winning this will draw A LOT of attention to Rainmaker’s ReBoot efforts - and that’s good for all of us.
We need each of you to go through the following voting process. I know, I know - you’re bored of votes. But I’ve twisted ChiefZero’s rubber arm and managed to get you something in exchange - a super secret piece of unofficial ReBoot-comic concept art. It was created by the artist for the upcoming Hero High. We’ll be offering the piece as a downloadable, printable poster. After you vote, come back here on May 13th to get it. Trust me, it’s pretty wild - and it features Hexadecimal!
Okay, here’s how to vote:
- Register at PopVox.
- Click on the link in your email.
- You’ll get a login page. Click on the “Log in” button, as shown here:
- Then go to the ReBoot ReLaunch page.
- Click on the “Vote For Me” button, like so:
- Copy the link to this blog post to all the ReBoot forums/blogs that you frequent. Get everyone to vote for the ReBoot ReLaunch!
- That’s it! Come back here on May 13th to get your prize.

I also voted for Storm Hawks in the ‘Home-Grown’ category. While I’m waiting for more ReBoot, that show is a blast to watch.

I’ve been a silent observer since the start of this project. I’ve loved reboot ever since I was a little kid. I even started my own reboot fan group on an online game called Second life. I’m posting here because I voted and would love to see this show make a huge comeback.
